From the North:
Take Route 22 South through the town of Cambridge and take Route 67 heading West (Benson's Diner is on your right). Go over the large steel bridge in the small town of Eagle Bridge. After the slight hill after the bridge take a left onto Eagle Bridge Road (small blue post office, RR tracks and signs for the ZOO). Continue up the hill and bear left at the fork onto Tate Road (no sign). Higher Ground Farm is the 3rd driveway on the left.
From the South:

From the East (VT Route 7 to NY Route 7):
Take a right onto County Route 95 at the flashing yellow light in the town of Hoosick off of NY Route 7 heading west. Continue into the town of Hoosick Falls, bearing left at the fork. Continue straight through village, do not follow Route 22 to the right, continue straight over the bridge and following Mechanic Street. Take your last left onto County Route 104 (no sign) follow signs for the ZOO. At the top of the hill take a sharp right onto Tate Road across from the polled Hereford Farm. Continue 1.4 miles and turn right onto Higher Ground Farm driveway (just after Marker Rd).
If you miss County Route 95, continue on Route 7 and turn right onto Route 22 heading North. Continue past the high school and at the light next to the Grand Union bear left onto River Road. At the stop sign bear left onto Mechanic St. Take your last left onto County Route 104 (no sign) follow signs for the ZOO. At the top of the hill take a sharp right onto Tate Road across from the polled Hereford Farm. Continue 1.4 miles and turn right onto Higher Ground Farm driveway (just after Marker Rd).
From the West (Route 67):
Take Route 67 heading East towards VT, in the town of Eagle Bridge, turn right onto Eagle Bridge Road (small blue post office, RR tracks and signs for the ZOO). Continue up the hill and bear left at the fork onto Tate Road (no sign). Higher Ground Farm is the 3rd driveway on the left
From the West (NY Route 7):
Continue out of Troy through the town of Pittstown (about 20 mins) after the Sunoco station be looking for County Route 109 on your left. Take an immediate left following Route 109. Continue on Route 109 through West Hoosick and take Route 104 to the left just after the West Hoosick Fire House. Take your next left onto New Road (next to big white Victorian house and red barn). New Road becomes Tate Road, after the junction of Eagle Bridge Road, Higher Ground Farm is the 3rd driveway on the left.
